The Hôtel Panorama proposes double, twin, triple and quadruple rooms as well as suites. All rooms and suites are well equipped and have their own private bathroom.

What is the booking procedure?
To confirm your booking, we shall ask you to pay a deposit of €100 per room. Cancellation is free except within 48 hours of your planned arrival date. In the event of late cancellation or failure to arrive on your check-in date, the hotel reserves the right to invoice you for the first night. This does not apply to special offers for which no cancellations, modifications or refunds are possible.
What other options are available at the hotel?
We can provide optional extras like breakfast, lunch, dinner and parking space.
What are the hotel’s check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from 2 pm and must check out by 10 am at the latest.

The Hôtel Panorama currently proposes restaurant services in collaboration with the restaurant and brasserie of the Hôtel Saint-Sauveur just next door.
What are the reception desk’s opening hours?
The daytime staff and a night watchman ensure reception is open 24 hours a day.
What facilities are provided in the hotel rooms?
High-speed fibre optic Wifi is available in all rooms as well as a courtesy tea & coffee tray with a kettle, a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and 60 international channels, a free safety-deposit box, two-way air-conditioning, and a private bathroom with shower or bath, courtesy toiletries, a hairdryer and a makeup mirror. The hotel room mini-bar and the laundry service are optional extras.

You have direct access to the Hôtel Panorama by car and may use the private car park if you contact reception beforehand to book a space. You can also come by plane and take the airport shuttle bus. Or you can come by train. Contact reception if you prefer to book a taxi.

Is it easy to park at the hotel?
Parking is easy on the hotel’s private car park. Please contact reception ahead of your arrival in order to book a space. The roads around the hotel follow a one-way system. Check with reception and/or on your GPS before arrival.

The Hôtel Panorama is located right in the heart of the lively part of Lourdes, just a stone’s throw from the Shrine and all the essential amenities.
