Welcoming staff, very attentive yet discreet. You feel at ease in this hotel when travelling alone. Clean rooms and bathroom facilities, soberly decorated.
Great location, especially the rooms overlooking the sanctuary.

What are the hotel’s check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from 2 pm and must check out by 10 am at the latest.
What are the reception desk’s opening hours?
The daytime staff and a night watchman ensure reception is open 24 hours a day.
What low environmental impact transport can I use to get to the hotel? 
You can reach the hotel in 15 minutes by foot from the TGV station. The shuttle bus (L5) is also available to drop you off a few metres from the hotel. Lourdes is part of the Flixbus and Ouibus network. 
Is the hotel suitable for disabled persons?
The Hôtel Panorama is accessible to people with disabilities and fully complies with all disabled standards in terms of doors, lifts and the rooms themselves.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets (under 10 kg) are allowed inside the hotel, with extra charge (no extra charge for guide dogs). Please contact reception beforehand.
